Tips for healthy life...

The life is all about concerned to our health, if we have good health that means we reach the highest peak of satisfaction in life. The good health is not only having the good eating behavior but also it is having the satisfied and positive mentality.. Here are some tips about eating and psychic behavior that can be applied to get good health...

1. Get fruits and vegetables to your diet: These contain minerals and vitamins which can boost our metabolism and give energy as these have natural ingredients which make us healthy.
2. Intake more water: The water helps us to prevent from dehydration and our body wouldn't do effort to retain much water if we take water more. This may help us to reduce weight and become healthy as it prevent from imbalances in the body as diabetes or hypertension etc. It is suggested that about 8-10 glasses of water should be taken in a day to get the balance..
3. Exercise or workout: It is suggested to have mini time for workout or exercise in a day, if it is not possible to do a complete exercise then having a walk for 15-20 minutes with comfortable environment and cup of tea (better to have green tea) can help to boost our body energy and we can feel relax whole day.
4. Reduce eating habit of full stomach: Always try to eat somehow less because that enable us to be active and energetic. Eating more can make us feel full and we become deactivate and sleepy and couldn't work properly. So eating with limit can benefit us with healthy life style.
5. Cut negativity from the life: Try to make yourself happy as well as your surrounding, cut out negative people from life which only bother you and try to think about problems with solution; don't overburden yourself just relax and think with optimistically. Look on situations with positive sense and don't make yourself tensed rather be strong to handle the problems and create the solutions. This way can bring happiness in life and we become healthy; as more than half of our unhealthiness is because of our mind set to problems and our tensions so for healthy life we first need to change our mind by taking everything with positivism; this can make our lives easy.
6. Less intake of caffeine or beverages: These only make ourselves to become habitual but not provide nutrients as the glass of water can give, so minimize such intakes.
7. Join classes: Every person need to have some sort of separate time for doing something, as there are many people who only remain in the houses or offices which makes them feel dull. So it is better to have different things to do as you may join classes or member clubs where you may have aerobic classes, library, or sports area according to your interest you should go and make yourself busy which help you to get energetic life and healthy life.
8. Hang out with positive and health oriented people: Be with people who can inspire and give knowledge or have healthy lifestyle, try to spend time with them that will help you to get positivism and make you feel good.
9. Cook meal: Take some time in a week to prepare your own food and eat with family, this makes us feel good and relax and enable us to enjoy the small things in the life.
10. Have outing: Have some time in weekend to go outside with the family, this may help to build strong relation with family and to become more close with each other. Also spending time by outing can reduce stress and make yourself more relaxed in the life.
11. Have a purpose in the life: Set a positive goal in the life, this would enable you to work on it always and prevent you from other bad things. Having purpose in the life can strive you to achieve and make you more focused and you become less interested in others' work. This can make the life easy to survive with happiness.

Hello February ..



The February month has been considered as the month of love, happiness and purity because of its some days which are celebrated throughout the world... According to astronomers the birthstone of this month is the amethyst. It symbolizes piety, humility, spiritual wisdom, and sincerity.
The following are most recognized and celebrated days of it:

From above all if we talk about just Valentine's day, which is quite warmly welcomed and celeberated from all over the world as it symbolises the love & affection..... In that day people show the love to their loved ones through gifts, surprises, roses or proposals... 
But most of us don't exactly know how the idea of celebrating this day came to existence....
The history suggests and shows many reasons behind it but most of the studies said that this day is celebrated on the remembrance of martyr Saint.Valentine who was priest in Roman about 570 A.D ago in 3rd century, who thoroughly fought against the rule of Roman Emperor to prohibit younger people from getting married due to an hypothesis that married solidiers wouldn't perform well as compared to unmarried...
 So in that case Saint.Valentine went against it and encouraged the people to get marry in the Christian church of Roman... After that he was imprisoned for performing marriage ceremonies hence in the light of his remembrance this day is celebrated to show and spread the love ....
Apart from this all over I would say every day is good and it can be best by our own efforts, give love, care and share happiness and get in return ,,that's what all we humans want after all....:)

Technology is blessing or curse!

Well, as we are in the world of digitalisation everything has become ease for us; the communication as well .. Now we are connected with people all over the world at instant & it's all about technology as the internet, apps, networking, smartphones etc all have become the way of life today .. 
A part from this if I talk about just simple thing "earphones" that is also has become way of living, which makes us feel good and comfortable by listening to our favourite music or video and even we make calls to people with easiness without getting stuck to hold mobile phone for hours....Which has just made life easy undoubtedly..... 
But if i think for a while is this simple thing connect us or disconnect us from people????? Since many days i had observed that while sitting in cars,vans,buses etc for going to home or offices or colleges people even use earphones probably switching to music !!
I mean people sitting in one car or van are connected to their music not the others around, is it really truth people ignore each others through earphones !! We all think that others are stupid???? Is this the case !!!!! ..... 
Do we thank earphones for disconnecting us from people or thank it for giving us easiness!!!!! 
I just get stopped and think in such controversies, i wonder when there were no earphones in previous life then what people would have been doing in their lives!! It probably would not be like that disconnected from people they would have continuous talk to people surely...
I personally feel all we need to connect with people as we are humans ! We have emotions to share ... So i must say use the technology get its benefits but not as much that may disconnect us from people ....connect to each other and share happiness ..:)
