Ways to get inner peace..

Well, for a happy life it is not always necessary that we may get all what we want or dream ... Sometimes we need to work by ourselves for making our lives happier as the life is all about ups and downs; & it is we that how we react to ups and downs.. Because our reactions to life affect our "inner peace"; which is proportional to happy life..


So for getting inner peace & happy life following ways are suggested:
1) Be the optimistic and exclude negativity in your life i.e. have a positive look to life.. As the positive reactions to life make you to be true to yourself and with others as well hence lead to inner peace


2) Involve in such things that make you happy or comfortable i.e. Acknowledge your interest ! As reading,drawing,listening music.networking etc.
3) Try to ignore the things which distract you and break relationships, make yourself busy all the time in work, activities and building relations that lead you to inner peace


4) Make gathering with friends or family with whom you feel good that makes you feel good by inside


5) Help others in their difficulties, whatever you can do for others in terms of money, teaching, food,advice do it ! Many studies revealed that helping others make our inner peace and this is most efficiently lead us to happiness by excluding boredom


6) Try to forgive people, who so ever has done with wrong with you; forget and forgive trust me this will guaranteed make you feel great with inner peace and probably 1 day those people will become inspired by you and apologize


7) Fulfill your all responsbilities and commitments with honesty, this would make others happy from you and you will feel comfortable and get rid of self-doubt or criticism 


8) Don't hurt any1, try to be not the cause of trouble to someone but be the reason of goodness


9) Stay connected with GOD by believing in Him and having faith 



 I hope such points could make you feel to try to get inner peace, it is all about "positivity and goodness"; as positive mind and good acts definately lead to "inner peace" which is important for being happy..
